This farm has been in our family for 4 generations and over 100 years. Each generation brought on new objectives and innovations. The Pure Farm Project is a year-round farm that offers the community a variety of fresh farm products. We specialize in all natural beef, but offer customers so much more. At The Pure Farm Project we feel incredibly blessed that we get to serve our Lord and Savior and honor His work on our farm in a way that is pure and natural. Our family wants to educate our community on what it means to have all natural products with an open door policy that welcomes all to see our operation and how we can fulfill God’s plan for this land we have been given. Our
Story
Cool Springs Meat Processing has been feeding the local community since 1976. As an independent Meat Processing Shop, we have developed relationships with exceptional farmers to bring the best service and quality products to you and your family. Originally in Elkin, North Carolina we moved to Yadkinville (1041 Disher Road), NC in April of 2023 and have recently merged with Gambill & Gambill Farms to more consistently provide our customers with all natural, great quality products. Justin has been the Owner of Cool Springs Meat Processing for 10 years now, and has put many hours and prayers into growing the business and finding new ways to educate the community and provide quality meat products to customers. His wife, Lauren, is a Pediatric Physician Assistant who spends her free time caring for their 4 children, Adrianna, Brody, Lucas and Lexi, and helping Justin at the meat shop. Together they have all grown a love for the mission of the Pure Farm Project and love to be part of feeding the surrounding community (and themselves!)

Saturdays, May-October
The Alleghany Farmer's Market is open every Saturday, 9am-1pm from May 1-October 31. The Market is located at 4495 NC 18 in Sparta, NC. During the off season, you can place an order with us here or by phone or email and we will be at the Market for delivery on Saturday mornings.
Spring 2025
We plan to set up at the Market in Roaring Gap, NC starting next Spring. Check back for updates for this market.
